Safe Harbor Peer Support Services
Website, ADA Additions and Digital Advertising Campaign
The Challenge:
Safe Harbor needed a new, mobile friendly website to share information within the community about their peer support centers. They also wanted to use grant funding to run a targeted ad campaign to get more people to their locations for help.
Insight:
There was a desired goal to specifically target people who are 18-25 years old. We first tested Facebook to prove that there were not enough young people using that tool. We then shifted to Instagram and Google Search, using visuals of young, diverse people in the ads.
Our Solution:
The result of the ad campaign was so successful in getting young adults into the locations that they were able to double the number of locations available and spread to multiple counties in the region. Our management of the campaign has helped the client narrow in on the best audience/targeting to get the most value out of their investments.
By combining strategic messaging, thoughtful user experience, and data-driven marketing, we helped Safe Harbor reach more people while making every marketing effort more effective.
More Reach. More Visits.
Strategic advertising increased brand visibility and drove a steady rise in website visits, ultimately resulting in more people visiting their centers.
